Get the PPI before jumping to conclusions about the repair costs. Scratches(depends) and rock chips are pretty normal for a car that has been driven around. From what I have been reading, clutch is ~1600-1800 dollars; not 2.5k. No idea about sound system. I would personally stay away from cars...
