    Mugen S1-R Buckets

Sounds like the seats (weight reduction) as a late Christmas present would be just what many of us need afer all those *healthy* meals we ate. Those seats look awesome and it's a nice continuation of the black/red theme. The car keeps looking sportier with each combo addition. I can't wait to...

Honda Mod day - Marysville, OH

<-- MrClean from the Ohio Community S2ki... Just wanted to say thanks to Vader33 for the support over here in Prime and that I look forward to seeing everyone at ModDay. Marysville Honda is very excited to see all the NSXers planning to come. So we can plan your services and ordering of any...

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

You actually made me think a lot more about the NSX than I would have. I still love the NSX and if I could manage it, I'd have both.

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

Yeah, Mike Kirkham over at Byers is awesome! He made all the difference in this purchase. About MAG, My wife and I have made three purchases from MAG in the past five years and the snobs over in the luxury end of the building wouldn't let me test drive the Cayman S. MAG has really gone down...

    Now i am really confused

Funny, this is what came to mind when I saw the photo. To be fair, though, I don't really know this from experience and may not represent all examples. Love the looks of the Lotus cars.

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

Thanks! I absolutely love the MR setup. The car is so planted and feels so stable through turns, no understeer at all! The car makes me feel like a much better driver, overnight. As for the winter driving, I'll likely not get the CS out. I have the TT with Blizzaks for those duties...

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

Well, I finally made the decision and bought a 2006 Cayman S. Love the car, definitely the right car for me at this time. Review I posted on S2ki... Initial thoughts... POWER: The car has great power, contrary to all the bench racing that has taken place on the Car Talk forum. The powerband...

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

This was just the discussion I was looking for, thanks! Great points and insight that really has helped me in thinking through this decision. Something else that comes to mind that has not really been discussed is availablity of the right car. Trying to find the right NSX has been very...

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

There was a really good review in that thread, thanks! Plus I surfed over to that Cayman forum via the link provided which is offers even more info.

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

Good stuff. I do think the NSX aftermarket is much bigger at this point. The cowl shake was not all that noticable to me during the short stints, but good to hear there are improvements like this. The NSX does have a more exotic look, hands down.

I need to research this Dali cushion more and I need to give back my engineering degree for that math error.

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

Good feedback, everyone. Some points by priority from my perspective... Design. -Tied (for now) This can be subjective, but I think both designs have their angles. Again, two different approaches that can leave polar opinions. At this point in time, the Cayman is the fresher of the two, but I...

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

Good point, but I'm not a fan of the 987S design. That may sound funny, but it's the same reason I like the closed-roof TT and not the TTR.

New Cayman S vs. Pre-owned NSX

Believe it or not, but I have been cross-shopping these two great cars. About two months ago, I was so close to pulling the trigger on a 2004 NSX, but the dealer sent the car to auction with a very favorable deal on the table. During that time, I was also shopping for a pre-owned...

Yeah, me too. Another S2ki retard checking in at the Prime. Welcome aboard VADER33! Just kidding around of course. Your NSX is one sweet ride.

    04 NSX (common blue/blue ;-) How Much?

Thanks for the replies. Anyone have concerns about the warped rotors? Is this a common thing with NSX's? Also, what are the factory-spec tires for this model year?

    04 NSX (common blue/blue ;-) How Much?

Local dealer has a blue/blue 2004 with 18k miles. I saw and drove the car when they first got it in on trade and it had warped rotors, scratches on the hood and pside lower panel behind the door. The front had some chips and a scratch lower lip. They repainted the front nose and replaced the...

What is the realistic value of a used 2004 NSX??

I agree. That is a wonderful car and why not enjoy it for awhile. I would. Got any pics of it?

What is the realistic value of a used 2004 NSX??

Good luck getting over $70k Here is a very nice example of an 03 with less than 3k miles selling for $65.5k http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=242418&hl=

    Pre-owned NSX or New S2000

No kidding. I do remember only seeing a couple white s2k's. The white would have been my next choice in color if they had still offerred the red interior. Are you heading to FCs?

    Pre-owned NSX or New S2000

Thanks! The only notable ergonomic improvements are with shoulder room. The seats are broader and the doors are chiseled out slightly more, giving a little more room to both driver and passenger. Leg room seems the same to me. I previously had a 2001 S2000.

Got pulled on by a new SVT Cobra

If you are referring to John Colletti, actually he drives a Ferrari 360 Modena with a bumper sticker that says "I'd rather be driving my Ford GT". No kidding, I got a picture of it somewhere.
