Right now my I have just finshed rebuilding the engine and the car is being repainted a few final things to get done but the major one on my list is the exhaust. Its too quite and IMHO ugly. As I live in Chile the cost of importing one is huge, frieght taxes etc so I think I will get one...
Hi
I have a 91 Red NSX that over the years has had little use (62,000 no track time) & little maintance  but after 17 years it has lots of little scraps, a few dents and colour fading between the body work and plastic.
I want to respray it red and black, as orignal but need some advice. I...
Figured that, was just wondering if there was a simple cheap option.
This is something for next year when I plan to repaint/rebadge the car anyhow but as you say I will just get the whole thing when done spending my money on other stuff !
Cheers
I have seen a few kits for sale on prime for the front badge, real taillight etc etc but does anyone know if its possible just to change the cover on the steering wheel ? I want to keep the airbag and don't want to have to change everything for it just to say Honda instead of Accura. Anyone...
So when I got this car about two months ago I knew the wheels had to go (plus the ten comments on got on prime saying the same), heavy Momo Arrows in chrome  with bad tires etc etc.. I went with 17/18 Gram Lights 57 Optimse with Goodyear Eagle F1's. After much work I got them to Chile...
Thanks for the info on the BT. Regarding the factory speakers - would you bother or install a new set - recommendations ?
The kenwood has enought power for my purposes so just need a really good set of speakers.
thanks
dave
Kenwood unit looks perfect for what I want, just nice screen good ipod control, BT ready but does it come with a mic for using a handfree phone ???
Other question is what speakers do you all go for ? I understand the bose have inline amps which you can connect to but is it worth the hassel ...
The choice is made - wheels will be Gram Lights 57Optimise in 17/7.5 ET 50 & 18/9.5 ET38, in the light grey and the tires are the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 in 215/40-17 and 255/35-18. Good Price from Tirerack aswell. All fairly close to the 02 numbers.
Thanks to all for your help in choosing esp to...
Thanks for the info so far...
This is not easy eh ! how close to the fender where the 02 stock 17/7 & 17/9 with offset 55 & 56 ? I can only go by the internet pics and spec as I don't have the wheels here so any help is really appreciated.
My only other option is to ship the wheels + tires...
I am interested in one, just need to sign up to paypal....
The car is very new to me and it still has the old Accura Phone in it ! I want to remove the switchs and but in a coin holder, this CF Console has that cutout but where could i get the holder itself?
I want a double din one with ashtray...
Ok based on some comments here on prime and further thinking I have decided to ditch the Momo Arrows in Chrome that came with the car. So what I am thinking is the "O.Z. Ultraleggera in Silver Paint".
The recommended size on tirerack is 17/8 ET48 & 18/9 ET55 price €1180 = shipping import tax...
Thanks for the info - re first point is this "knocking" normal then ?
2nd speakers all stock... it is a door rattle, glove box etc...
I wish i could lower it but with the road/bumps not a chance.
HID long way down the list for now !
Thx
Dave
