I sold my NSX approx a year ago. Replaced with 2006 911. Do not really miss the NSX. I really like the torque of the 911. Both good cars. Less kids bothering me about my car now. I still get to drive my brother's NSX rarely.
Recently installed HIR bulbs in my 94 NSX. Got them from John Deere part 1-AH211917. They are low beams with 1800 lumens versus standard bulb of approx.1100 lumens. They are approx. 50 dollars for the pair. They are 55 watts. A nice upgrade. Google HIR bulbs to learn more.
Try 3.5 inch round tips. Many brands to choose from.Try to get inlet diam. as close to NSX as possible.....Then get NA2 header with SOS adapter. Will give most HP upgrade for the dollar.( Better than exhaust upgrade)
Buy SOS adapters and keep NA1 exhaust. That is what I did. If NA2 headers are from 2000 to 2005 one of the adapters will need minor fix. Larryb installed 2002 headers on my 94 nsx. He is a good guy. You can PM him. NA1 engine likes NA2 headers.
What year is your C2? I have owned a 1996 911 C4 and a 2002 C2. NSX totaly different feel. Not here to debate which is better. I find the NSX to be more comfortable and like the longer wheelbase of the NSX. 911 comon like a chevy compared to NSX.This may or may not matter to you. Non- power...
I am a radiologist like docjohn and had a similar experience. I take an ARB (Cozzar). Probably not a bad idea to get colonoscopy earlier than age 50.Doctors are not the best patients in general.
1994-2000 stock wheels with Falken RT-615 tires, 1997-2000 stock headers with SOS adapters, consider changing exhaust tips, consider short gears and R&P, ALL required maintenance, good alignment, good stealth radar detector and you are good to go.
