I have a 99 - the clips seem to be a combination of screws (philips head) On the opposite side is a 10mm bolt head - washers/clips in between. The bolt appears to be welded onto the clip. Doesn't seem like twisting the bolts is the way to get these off as th eentire clip will rotate - or is that...

Yes... however... "Although, I'm not sure what he means by the amber TCS light. Is that the TCS trouble indicator light? My "You're having too much fun so I'm going to bog the engine" light is green." this threw me off. Made me wonder if there was some other light on the dash.
