285 width rear tires on a lowered nsx? still on the fence regarding 255/35's with 18X9's or 285/30's with 18X10's. I plan to also lower it 1.5 inches and am not sure if the 285's will rub. also, any 17X7 and 18X10 5 star wheel suggestions?

I just got a set of 5Zigen Copse wheels for my 95 black NSX-T. Size is 17x7.5 and 18x10.

I'll get a picture up in a few days.

I just put brand new 285/30's on 18x10's yesterday. Lowered with Eibach springs. No problems whatsoever, they tuck in just fine, and there's room for further drop. I can't see any downside to having a 285/30 as far as fit goes. When I was at the tire place, I put the tires next to other sizes (255's, 265's) and was plenty happy I went with the 285. As for fronts, I went with 17x8 w/ 225/35/17's, again, no problems & full clearance.

I'll be posting pics of my NSX with the new tires/rims/eibach's etc in about a week.

Hey NSX'D
Just a suggestion, I like the HRE 5 star rims, forgot what they are called, but they and polished and I think they would look great on any color NSX. I plan on getting HRE's for my NSX. But not sure which ones yet! GoodLuck!!
