If you think these are the names of the new Eau de Cologne or my dogs or my girlfriends names you're wrong. :D All of these are Swiss mountain roads, Nufenen is the highest drivable of them. I only drove them to find out how much power the engine looses at this altitude. De-warning: There is always plenty of power behind you. These are the last two or three days this year before some of them get full of snow and are closed till May. Taking a day off and driving them was on my waiting list since six years. And I like doing things that are about been not available for some period but will be available again. :) Ok, no more philosophy now let's get down to it: Most of the pics have been taken on the Nufenen as this was the highest and that far gorgeoust one.

Gotthard old road: A little Bilstein shock test. I'm glad that they're very comfortable on these roads. :)

Some people feel sick even looking at this. My suggestion: Take your g/f with you and if she doesn't feel sick she gets very, very horny on these roads!:D

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the pictures ! Definitely the kind of roads to test my new car next summer !

Hi David!

What did you buy? A Porsche or a Maserati? Let me know when you're going...

Wow, how did you find it so fast ?

Hey, I am not that old !

No, it's a BMW M5

LOL!
Why Mercedes? Because smart people buy Smart, ähm sorry smart cars! :D

BMW: That's a hell of a car! Please don't get offended if I say that I personally would never buy a BMW. :) But I would buy a Mercedes. :D

These are great pics. I was in Central Switzerland this summer on vacation. I was driving a rental Skoda (not a bad car) unfortunately, not an NSX. But I greatly enjoyed my time there.

We drove from Meiringen to Lausanne and took a "shortcut" - I think we drove Jungpass - enjoyable ride but definitely not a shortcut. Would have been fun in the NSX.

Hi Thomas,

Absolutely great surroundings. As someone who lives in a very flat country without any mountains, I just love the sight of that rocky stuff all around the road
I definately have to go there to drive around in those mountains, especially with those twisty roads !!
Although I am not sure if a GTLW could not cause some serious problems

Wow - awesome pics! Thanks for sharing.

What's that parked behind your NSX in the turnoff on the side of the road? Kind of looks like the lower half of a tank.

Can't believe that restaurant parking lot doesn't have a guardrail !!

WOW, that's impressive....very beautiful landscape! And I thought driving PCH between San Simeon and Carmel had some twisties:eek:

I don't know what it is. Maybe they use it in the snow.

guardrail: It's like airplanes: They always come down. :)
