Cabarrus County lawyer - speeding

Anyone know a good lawyer for a speeding ticket in Concord, NC (Cabarrus County)? Not for me but a close friend from out of town, who would prefer not to attend the court date if possible. Think it was ~15 over on the freeway.

I got one there too! Those guys suck! I wasn't even radar'd I was called in by an off duty deputy for passing on a two lane highway. What a tool! I hope you win.
