Front end vibration problem?

I have intermittent vibration at 65mph, 80mph and 100mph and a little less over 120mph. I have new rotors pads and rims and tires to try to resolve this but I still have the same problem. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Do the simple thing first, check the wheel balance and at the same time check if the wheels are bent.
