Going rate for Coolant Flush?

I did a search but couldn't find anything recent.

My local dealer wants $275. That seems high.

That price is a bit high but the flush on the NSX is harder to do than most other cars. There's 4 bleeder valves that need to be used to get all the air out.

How often should this be done? I have a 2003 with 18k miles. It is a certified car I bought used two years ago. I have it serviced regularly and the dealer has not said anything about this.

Schedule says every 36 months.
