The first rule of owning a Ferrari is listing it on the market for more than you paid for it even if you have no intention of selling it. When that person does come calling, you get to trade up on their dime. I know a few people who do this year after year and they treat it as a car, a really kick ass piece of art, but a car and something to make money from nonetheless rather than something to keep, enjoy, cherish for years to come.
