Swirl X is relatively weak on cutting power even with a yellow pad, i used a few swirl removing product and i recommend Wolfgang products(both swirls remover and finishing glaze). they are a bit expansive but i got good result on many cars i used.
I have used Menzerna's power finish and power gloss (working on a highly oxidized car). I like both products a lot. Depending on the level of imperfections I would suggest the power finish first with an Orange pad...the power gloss may have more cut than you really need.
I had excellent results on the NSX. Finished with a Polish, sealant then wax....
