I almost bought a house that had a garage below that had a lift that would reach the 2nd floor. I was going to cut the floor out and lift my car up into the house above. Would have been in the middle of the livingroom lol. Couldent come to a reasonable agreement, and purchased something more practical. Everytine I drive by it I kick myself. It's such a cool location.

It's pretty cool but they could of implemented the idea better. Like lets say your car has a wireless fob on it that corresponds to your apartment. You drive in to the "room". The building detects that the car belongs to your apartment through some wireless method and it lifts you and the car up to your apartment. Seems kind of silly to me I guess having to go up seperately.

For the price of parking in my high rise living room I'd rather spend the money on a few hundred acres and put my own track in, even if it were shifter cart size track.
