Am planning to purchase a set of mugen header, my newbie question is , will a left hand drive header suits a right hand drive header ?

Yes, it should be the same but granted I've never worked on a RHD NSX but the documentation suggests they're the same.

Yes, there is no difference in the header layout between RHD and LHD.
