need engine compartment fan

I need the engine compartment fan (one next to the rideside air scoop), must be the complete unit. [email protected]

I don't know if this fan is really needed.

It was deleted in the later models. I don't know what year it was taken away...

Do you know anyone else with this problem? If they had eliminated this fan in '95, then how come my friend's '96 has one?

Hmmm, I don't know. Maybe it was in 1997 it was deleted? I have a 98, it's not there. I've seen a few 97's... they aren't there as well. Hmmm...

hmmmm... I have an 01 and I occasionally hear a fan running back there. Are you sure it was deleted?

My 95 has no fan......it is not needed for its originally intended purpose.

If a fan on a 95 or later exists it is because (a) the owner perceived a need and installed one (b) the owner has an external oil cooler project in the works.
