Paint code for Meister Black or "Black Chrome" effect

I love the look of the GC-05K Meister Black and other "black chrome" effect/look.

Does anybody know if it's possible to paint or powder coat old wheels for a finish like this? If so a colour code.

I know there are new paint methods out there now called liquid metal. Could this be it?

Most wheel refinishing shops can do this. I had them done on a set of Fikse wheels for my M5. It is a multi-stage finish. A dark base coat with several light coats of silver. The more silver coats, the lighter the colour.

I don't know if it's available in Norway but there is a PVD process called Permastar that can get you a strong and stable black chrome finish. Just google permastar...
