Photo shop request

I have seen some great jobs of photo shop on provided pics here on Prime. Is it possible to change the rims of my car to the TSW Catalunya's? I would really appreciate any help that someone could be with this. The picture is below.

Man, you guys are great! Wonderful job with the photo shop . That is way over my head. I think I must agree with you guys on this. Hmmm...back to the drawing board.
