Process for cancelling an Enthusify transaction

What is the process for cancelling a transaction through Enthusify? Maybe the item never showed up, or was not as described, or both parties have mutually decided to end the transaction.

Are funds always held in escrow until the buyer gives approval for them to be transferred (or after 14 days)? I am dealing with a seller who has shown me an email he received from Enthusify instructing him to ship the item AFTER he receives payment through Paypal from Enthusify.

Enthusify used to put a 14 day hold on the transfer of funds. That was the single most hated feature of the system. Enthusify recently started transferring the buyer's payment to the seller on the same day of the transaction. Prior to transferring the funds, Enthusify emails the seller to confirm the item is still available. Enthusify sends the funds when the seller confirms the availability of the item. To be eligible for a same day transfer, a seller must have PayPal or credit card credentials on file with Enthusify so that the seller can't take a payment and run.
