well, my experience has been mostly positive. within the first 11 hours of ownership, i had three people track me down to ask for photo ops. (does everyone carry a camera these days?), i had 2 groups of teen-age kids knocking at my door asking questions about it, one kid offering money to go for a ride, another kid in a large truck wanting to race, and an old lady in a pontiac bonneville giving me the thumbs up sign. i found most people are pretty complimentary and genuinely interested, but you will run across the envious types. it's inevitable.
