CT is primarily a machine shop don’t forget. Im sure they build up the motor on this car, then someone else threw the turbos on. I know of several NSX motors CT did this way – they just don’t offer a “turnkey” turbo kit.

Judging by the intake adapter visible in the photo, it is definately a Bell Kit.

If you read the description it does say turbo kit by Bell Engineering.

He's being quite deceptive when he talks about similar cars pushing 600 HP at 18psi. Similar internals perhaps (David's car for example) but the standard issue turbos of the Bell kit are totally maxed out at 8psi and it would cost thousands to replace them with larger units, not to mention bigger coolers, better fuel delivery and so on. Other than that, it sounds like fun.
