Rear Spoiler Brake Light

Has anyone been stopped and cited by the Police for not having a brake light integrated into their rear spoiler. I have an NSX-R style that does not have a brake light and have been worried about being cited.

I don't know how other states/provinces lean on this but it's my understanding that a vehicle need only ONE red light and ONE glowing brake light (plus the plate light) on the rear of a vehicle. All the rest is window dressing.

Oregon State Law - "Motor vehicles other than motorcycles and mopeds shall be equipped with at least two brake lights."

In the UK the third brake light was not introduced until the 1997 model year.

It looks like I am fine without the LED lights in my rear wing.
