RM Air Intake with cold air option

My question is I had the kit installed with the cold air option, someone told me me that if I drive my nsx during wet weather, water might get into the engine? Is is true?
Really need Help here. Thank you.

I have had the RM Racing Intake and cold air system installed and drive the car daily in all conditions and have never had any problems with water getting into the intake or throttle body. I wouldn't worry about any water getting into your engine. I've talked to Randy at RM Racing about the same thing and he told me no problems with water.
