hi steve i ahve a 93 with stock lights and my brother has 91 with stock lights which light system would you reccopmmend initially and are the copmpatible with these years and what does installation require is it a do it yourself project?

I have bought two kits from Steve. It took about an hour to fit the first time. Straight forward. The second time it took me 30 minutes. Nah make that 3 kits. The fog lights are straight forward to fit too, but a little bit more work to fit the cables because of space.

I have low/high and foglights. Here is how it looks. Be aware that it is not easy to take a good picture which shows the real colour. They are very white.

I highly recommend Steve's kits. They are really plug and play.

I will be running a special sale of my NSX specific HID kits to raise some small money for the NSXCA. In the month of September, I plan to build 20 kits to sell. I will pay for every buyer his/her NSXCA membership for one year. This should raise about $800 worth of membership for the club.
The 5300k kit will be $389 and 6000k kit will be $399. I will also give free shipping to lower 48 States.
Deliveries will be divided to 4 separate weeks and please sign up accordingly.

Thanks for all the generous supports and participations. This special turns out to be quite successful. Not only this made me rich:biggrin: , it raised $1000 worth of memberships for the NSXCA. I am still building the kits and shipping them out. At some point I will need to submit the list of participants and the $1000 check to Ken Sax while I need all participants to submit NSXCA applications or renewals and indicate that the fee will be paid by me.

I just got around to installing Steve's 6000k system. At first, I was a little disappointed with the amount of light I was seeing. I was expecting a whole lot more like so many others reported. Then I did some searching here on Prime for tips on adjusting the lights. I discovered that while reinstalling the light assemblies, I did not pull up on the front of them and the lights were much too low. After I readjusted the light assemblies, the light output is awesome!!!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Thanks for prompt shipment of the 6K HID kit - it was rec'd w/in three calendar days of projected shipment on post (included a weekend). Have yet to install as car is still tied up for custom turbo work.

Am not sure if there is a more formal vendor rating process, but you absolutely met your commitments.
