The Dali window fix-it

Pardon my ignorance, but what's the Dali window fix-it? I've searched the site for a link and can't find one. I know that my 1993 NSX had one window regulator replaced by a previous owner and want to avoid a similar episode myself. I'm guessing that Dali is a US based company, but I'll ship whatever's needed if it will save grief in the long term

Thanks a million - "power window" is the US term for what we chaps refer to as "electric windows"
