Tranny fluid for trans with mechanical LSD

For you track rats who use mechanical LSDs. What transmission oil do you use/recommend?

i'm fairly sure that most everyone will stick w/ honda MTF.. I say this b/c i know you're talking about your newly found 6 sp... :wink:

I don't think Honda MTF has friction modifier which is necessary for mechanical LSD so it doesn't chatter/make noise.

I just got a response from redline stating that their MT90 oil has some friction modifier and that I should start with it straight, then add tiny bit of friction modifiers if I have issues with noise.

I'm using the Redline MT90 in mine and it seems to be working well. What LSD did you go with AK?
