Just wanted to say that I totally agree with this.
I cannot understand the logic in punishing the majority in the interest of, well, that's my sticking point. I don't understand it. You can't run anything in fear of "offending" a tiny percentage of the population. Were I to hazard a guess, I'd bet that 99% of the Prime members are straight males over the age of 18 who would rather have a classy, but edgy thread like "Hotest Girl..." As far as I know, it never devolved into something not fit for a 13 year old, and I guarantee you that the teenage visitors of this site have seen far, far worse than 99% of adult Primers.
This community is well self policed, but if someone puts something up that doesn't fit with that 99%, then a moderator can step in.
Many of the female members contributed to that thread. If any girl, or a gay man were to be offended, then I would welcome them to start a similar, (very likely unpopular thread), and see where it goes. After all, a visitor has the option of not viewing a thread.
