    Invisible "transparent" subwoofer solutions?

guess again... perhaps just a lack in comparison. Sensei

How do you get to light in rear quarter panel?

I'm assuming your talking about the rear side marker lights (red)? Those are held in place with a simple spring clip.... For the rear side markers, start from the side facing the rear bumper. Gently... pry it out using a smooth, thin flat blade tool like a "worn out" screwdriver. (worn out...

    Fender Bolts - Stripped Paint - Removed/Replaced??

Most all body shops could care less.... to them "it's close enough". The NSX is entirely assembled by hand, and to ensure uniform body panel fitments and gaps, shims are required to make slight adjustments. Because of the NSX is built mostly of aluminum alloys, special bolts and nuts are used...

World's Most Advanced Turbocharger VATN is back and even better!

I just got this straight from Bruce himself, Nomura Tuning and Design that HiPerformance LLC is begining their HiPer Turbo (formerly Aerocharger) production phase! According to Bruce, over the past 2 years, HiPerformance LLC has competively tested and developed a smoother, quieter, and more...

    Aerocharger Rebuild Service???

Thank you for you replies, I'll give the turbo doc a try. I'm thinking I just need to replace the oil seals, or perhaps bearings as well. Well at least I've done the smart thing and have already pulled them off before doing any more serious damage. Did anyone learn who actually bought the...

    Aerocharger Rebuild Service???

Does anyone have any info on who can service the Aerochargers these days? It's been a while, but I recall Marc(SpeedDemon)found a place in Utah I thought. So far they've been great, and still running...although I'm noticing signs that the turbochargers seals may be leaking. Choritsu-shi;)

    ECU Controller

agreed... the NSX ECU is extreemely advanced. I've been out of the loop... but did AEM ever come up with anything? A company in Japan t/c'd an NSX which required them to use 2 HKS F-CONs, and nothing more ever developed from that idea. D'Ecosse- in regards to a TTZX, thanks! I've been...

    Marga Hill Conversion

[B] Hi pixelhaus, no disrespect to you, but this is not about my luck, this is about my experience with the fitment and quality of an actual Phase/Marga Hills bodykit. I know their products, and I know them well. I can assure you that their fitment is not as you experienced through your...

    Warping?

Hmmn...interesting, I noticed this immeadiately after the front bumper had been repaired after a minor scuff. The body shop had replaced it with new "OEM part." Bringing this to their attention, we had them replace it again, but with a "Genuine Honda part" this time. Afterwards the problem went...

    Marga Hill Conversion

Hi "yellowpad" I can't understand why anyone at SOS would have anything bad to say about the Phase/Marga Hills kit. Maybe others are misunderstanding SOS, maybe SOS doesn't really know, maybe their experience was with fake parts? hmmn... maybe because they are making a similar kit??? :) I...

    Are these #s possible

I know it's not an NSX...In the 1989 Bonneville Speed Challange, a 1988 RX-7 Turbo driven from NJ and back, recorded a 191mph on the the salt flats! Stock bodied, stock block, stock drivetrain and stock gearing. Retaining the stock ECU and w/stock AFM. It was rated at only 390hp! The upgrades...

    Volk Racing NSX

Not last minute, more like last second. The body shop lead Kenric to believe the car would be finished for SEMA. The suspension and brakes did not fit and only half of the body kit was installed...and of course incorrectly! The day before SEMA the NSX was clearly not going to make it's trip to...

    NSX subwofer

While retaining a some-what factory appearance, this custom subwoofer set-up doesn't stand out and is often over-looked.In addition, this design has no affect on the driver or passenger seating adjustments, space or comfort. Between the seats the new "rear upright center console" houses an 8"...

    WHITE exterior/interior?

Yes...and that particular NSX has a special ordered "white stiching" through-out, which really stands out on the black dash. The car will be featured on an upcoming cover of SuperStreet magazine.

    MARGA HILL HEADLIGHT KIT

Phase has discontinued these items due to the fitment irregularities.Like most Japanese companies there greatest concerns are, "saving face" or not to bring shame. Poor fitting products whether inexpensive or even if given for free, still carry the name of the one who produced such a poor...

    Aerocharger - disassembly

OMG!I haven't been around lately...What ever happened with Aerodyne? I figured you sent them back out again to have them repaired. Geeezus, I'm sorry my suggestion of sending it to them in the first place was of no help. I can’t say I have taken them apart, but I do have a gutted pair that I...

Valve timing oil pressure switch problem

"I'm not recommending that you should, but I've thought adding up to an xtra quart of oil when on the track was pretty common with most cars? I dunno..." I too have a heavy right foot and I always add an extra half a quart in all my cars, but that dosen't mean it's okay, I honestly don't know...

Valve timing oil pressure switch problem

This might help...When testing the "V-TEC solenoid valve", the oil pressure should be above 400kPa(57psi or 4kg/cm2)at 5000 rpm. I would assume, a "check engine" light if your oil pressure at the solenoid valve is dropping below 57psi. In between where the solenoid valve is bolted to the head...

Okay, now you guys are making me look this stuff up Here are 4 simple tests that you can do yourselves to check the brake booster. In the 3rd test, I did come across an interesting fact which involves the Air Conditioning system...I hope this helps. 1) With to engine stopped, depress the...

    NO BRAKES. NEED HELP ASAP

Hmmmn...I am not aware of any brake master cylinder issues other than normal wear. What year is your NSX? 5spd, 6spd, automatic? Were there any "check engine", "TCS", or "ABS" lights coming on? Don't count on it being the master cylinder just yet. What about the brake booster? Thru various...

    NO BRAKES. NEED HELP ASAP

Your probably correct, it could be the master cylinder...but I would probably check all 4 wheels first, actually whats behind each wheel. Look for signs of any wettness, or shine behind and around all the wheel parts. Then I'd check the brake and clutch fluid resevoirs which are located up front...
