Hey Guys!
Remember me? Geesh, you would think with today's technology and all the ways to get an NSX closer to light speed, someone could invent of a way to cure sleep deprivation!
Just checking in. I can't believe it's been almost a month since Alex was born. Happy to say everyone in the...
Training Tips
Lud,
Your previous comments were EXCELLENT. I so often (and ignorantly so) encapsulate peoples expertise on this board to cars. Strange logic at best....
Anyway, two additional tips I'd like to humbly suggest are an invisible fence and tobasco sauce.
The invisible fence is a...
Lime Rock
If you guys noticed a higher incidence of "skid marks" before you started, it was me trying to write my name earlier in the week at Skip Barber.

Happened Saturday. There was also another fatality at Oxford Raceway in Maine the same day. A very sad weekend for New England racing.
The Lime Rock fatality was a SCCA event. It involved one car. Perhaps he just lost it? I don't recall hearing of any fatalities ever at Lime Rock until this...
I've got a 9psi CTSC in my '99 as well as NOS. Runs fine (so far)
With I/H/E/etc and adding the NOS "pre" SC you can get about 500 hp at the crank aka 425 at the wheels and 350 lbs of torque give or take.
good luck
Who da man? YOU da man!
Actually I was down in South Beach, Ft Lauderdale and Boca in April. If I were you Doc, I'd NEVER leave that state!
Next thing you're gonna tell me your a plastic surgeon and see those sights all the time!
Exotic cars and women abound in your neck of the woods!
Wanna Race? German for "Why Not"
What a pity.
Ironically, the German phrase for "Why Not" is phonetically pronounced "Vrooom Nicht"
Perhaps this guy should have tried to interpret that as English!
Thanks Pete
I'd like to add my thank you to Peter as well. It was really a great time and "something quite different for a weekend" as my wife put it. Hope to see you all again soon.
Rich, I may talk with you about the Ferrari weekend on July 12th.
Larry, great seeing you again. You've got...
Thanks Larry.
Looks like I'll probably just throw the OEM's back on with an alignment. Much better suited for the 99.99% non-track miles I'll be logging this Summer. Thanks for the input and see you on the 24th
Gary
Gonna have to wait and see on the juice Larry. Hope I don't use it all up getting there!
RE HR Springs, can "spacers" be put on them to raise the car a bit? Bear in mind right now nothing is scraping or anything. I just think the car looks too low. If I can put specers on the HR's w/o...
I currently have HR springs on my car. It is simply TOO low. The 285/30/18 rear wheels don't help. (I'll probably go with 265's the next go round). While it handles great, I wanted to raise it up a bit. I was considering putting the OEM springs back on. I saw that the Eibach's only raise it 1/2...
This is pretty amazing. In the age of virtual shortcuts, this took a lot of patience. This is a Honda commercial that is either out or due out shortly. Supposedly took 606 takes (that's SIX-HUNDRED AND SIX TAKES) to get it right. The story is the link below. It explains (among other things)...
Hey Guys,
Thanks for the responses. Sorry to say it would have been difficult to hook up w/any local NSXers while I was in Fla as I was with family on vaca and had no way of knowing how hectic it was. I may be back down there in May for business. (Wife would have killed me if I set up any work...
Hi fellow NSXers
Anyone on the board from Key West or Miami? I'm on vaca next week and was hoping there may be some NSX goings on in those areas. As I've gotten over the envy of your having a perpetual NSX driving climate (I live in Boston) I thought it may be cool to bend an elbow and discuss...
