Attaching R-GT snorkel to the rear hatch.

Are you planning to glue yours onto the glass window? OR double sided tape?

I love the look but do not want to replace my glass hatch with a lexan window.....hmmmm

I'm with you when it comes to the issue of replacing the glass hatch with lexan hatch. I like the glass hatch, however, theres no glass specialist here at my local area that can mount the snorkel on glass hatch. The answer for now is to get a lexan hatch on a light hatch frame. I will not be using the tab on the outside of the snorkel, mine will have the mounting tab on the inside. Once the monting tab on the inside is built, it will bolted to the lexan hatch frame, giving it a R-GT look. :wink:

Jack is currently in Japan so the snorkel is on hold til he gets back in a couple years, but it sure looks badass just sitting atop the car cover

That thing is pretty sweet... and for 3 grand we would deliver that to buyers...

I would like to see pics (so should everyone else) of the profile and other angles of the car with this install..

It could motivate me to make the appropriate "steet Version"

So if it's a full rear hatch frame replacement, what about the glass?

Cost ? or did I miss it? If the price was reasonable I would definitely consider it but then I dunno how I'm going to convince the wife I have an extra rear glass hatch to store....haha

I also dont know why Japan continues to design things based on non-funtionality..

The aluminum velocity stock found on the Super GT NSX is a restrictor that all Super GT cars had to use... not a benifit in anyway...

our part would be more functional than the one from japan.. I have also seen Rough ks's stuff before... our part would be superior in quality as well.

1500.00 down would get this shipped in 3 weeks... with a second 1500.00 required at shipping.

3k total.

We could lower this a great deal (2200 - 2500.00) on a group by of 5.

The lexan and shipping costs of the lexan are the big deal here. I also cant spent 10k stocking an item that takes up this much space.

Ross I could not agree with you more on the rough state of Route KS parts. It cost me a lot of money to get the parts to fit right on my RGT Kit.
