Best lease deal so far?

Ya, I have seen a few dealers draft up a deal and not include the 30k as part of the taxed amount. Im sure it get caught before getting fully approved by acura.

That happened on my deal and they had to rewrite lease. I refused to pay tax on the $30k and they obliged.

Fremont's is not an exposure car.
Cf interior
tech package
power seats w/alcantara
alcantara headliner

Looks like Fremont sold their last white NSX. I hope they caved in with their discount, and that the new owner got a good deal. Congrats to the new buyer!

I didn't know that was an option to refuse to pay the tax on the $30k incentive. Is that for leases only, or for purchases also? For my purchase, the $30k was marked down as part of the down payment, so it had nothing to do with the sales tax unfortunately.

I made the dealer eat the difference in the sales tax on the 30k by reducing the sales price accordingly. Really poor execution on the incentive by Acura, but in the end I'm happy and the dealer's happy.

Been going back and forth with a dealer who has a car with MSRP $191,700, so invoice is right around $178,000

What would be a fair amount for dealer discount off this car?

MSRP $191,700
Dealer discount: ????
Exposure discount: $0 (not an exposure car)
Financing incentive: $30k payment assistance from Acura Finance

IMHO, $150K-$155K depending on how much you "gotta" have it (does it check ALL of your boxes?)...JM2c...I could be wrong

Maybe contact Jeff at Sussman Acura in Jenkinstown, PA. $199k 130r white car with red/black interior for $149k. Car has every option. Decent deal if you like it or you can try to grind for more if not.

thanks - sounds like a nice car but the red/black interior is a tough sell since we really want all black so we have an empty canvas to do our custom interior with Recaro seats and Lambo green accents

Ahhh. That would throw a wrench in things. Well there is a car in Minnesota that is casino white with black interior. I would think there is no way they would want to be stuck with a sports car in Minnesota. Maybe try that one too.

Looks like someone just scored a deal that may be the best yet. $206k MSRP, 3500 drive-off, and ~$1143+tax month (1224 7.25% tax). Exposure car with 900 miles. 66k discount, and what looks like base MF. Insane deal!

I need a deal like that.

Deals are still out there. If you can find an exposure car at a dealership that still has the full $30k incentive, you may be able to get a deal even better than in November. With winter around the corner, 2018 arriving, and yet another additional month of "exposure" money from Acura, these exposure units are a bargain. The low mileage ones may be scarce, but don't be afraid of the higher mileage ones. They'll still be under warranty for your entire lease period (if you're leasing), and the maintenance shouldn't be any more than with a new one (a thousand miles or two won't make a difference on the number of times you replace oil, tires or brakes vs a new one.). BTW, these aren't the press cars that are tracked or reviewed by magazines...

Thanks please let me know if you or anyone on here come across a nice deal. My email [email protected].

You should talk to Chris at SoS about how the car software freaks out when you remove the stock seats...

Smoking deal for sure - how many miles allowed on this lease?

I have run the posted numbers every which, and cannot get close to $1143+Tax....Buehler, Buehler....

In a lease calculator, plug in MSRP=206k, Negotiated Price = 140k, (Yields a net cap cost of $140k), Money Factor = .0018, Residual Value % = 56% (5k miles/yr), and you should get 1144.09 + sales tax.

Isn't there a finance charge somewhere that's close to $400/month?
