Be sure to polish every other barrel so when it spins it has bling factor. On a serious note, it looks like a supertrap muffler with a gatling style silencer.

It looks childish and does nothing to improve either the performance or appearance of the car. The fastest way to toss these cars into the scrap heap of irrelevance is to make them look like GI-Joe toys.
