Has anyone done the HUGO window fix?

my kit just arrived today. From the look of the youtube video and the instructions, it is fairly easy. I'm planning on doing this sometime tomorrow. Hopefully I don't mess up and end up having to buy a new regulator lol.
If anyone have done this before, can you give me tips or advice?

Did mine last year, but had problems with the slider on the track due to deformation of the slider. This has been reported recently by others so use the search. This is not a problem with Hugo's kit but rather seems to be with the slider getting deformed over time. The most common solution was to just sand down the teflon slider pieces. However, make sure that it slides smoothly on the whole I-beam track before you put it all back in the car and then find out it is binding.
