My Turbo Kit

Hello, I always have my problem on hot start

With my engine cold, I start the engine in less than 1seconde, but with hot engine it's very long.
Do you have a idea ?

I have RC 750cc injectors low impedance

Edit :
Tomorrow I will change 300 with 500rpm
I will remove 30% for the fuel tomorrow in 500rpm and 37kpa to see the difference

Don't buy this heat exchanger, it's too long :frown:

The best position is that, but it's too low:

I compare IAT temp with a Thermocouple sensor, I put the IAT sensor in water and my thermocouple is the water too, the stock Honda IAT is good(voltage/temp)

Voltage on AEM IAT / Temp(thermocouple sensor)
2.63v 19.2°C
2.59v 19.5°C
2.07v 29.5°C
2.08v 30.1°C
1.90v 33.2°C
1.85v 34.3°C
1.73v 37°C
1.34v 47.2°C

After I put the IAT sensor on my charge pipe, 10cm before the Throttle

For moment I don't compare with my last temp on the stock position

With ambient temperatures around 85 degrees F, my IAT's range between 95-130 degrees. My IAT's range 2-12 degrees higher than my water depending on driving conditions. (All temps are under normal driving without boost.)

My heat exchanger is smaller than the one pictured. It is a larger oil cooler that is roughly 1/2 the size of the heat exchanger in the photos.

It appears that your heat exchanger keeps the water temp within a few degrees of ambient air temp. Is this true in all driving conditions? My water temps can get 30 degrees above ambient.

I am considering getting a fluidyne heat exchanger #FLD-3003 cobhx that measures 24" x 6.5" x 3.5". SCORP965 is using one but it appears his temps are between 130-140. I don't know if that is max temp under boost or normal driving average temps.

Yesterday I remove the stock Oil pressure sender, and I put a VDO 10bar pressure sender with my VDO 10bar gauge.
I have only 4bar (60PSI) at 4000rpm-8000rpm, on my old Civic Type R I had 6bar(90PSI).
Do you think I need to change my oil pump or buy ScienceofSpeed Billet Oil Pump Gear Set ??

I remove the stock MAP sensor, and I put a GM 3bar sensor.

Here my first tune

A other movie
http://www.youtube.com/v/qBKrnW5ymLU

Mw idle is good, 800rpm between 14.7:1 and 15.2:1 for AF
Why does everyone always lift off the throttle as soon as they get to the camera?

This weekend I was on MagnyCours track in France, the small and the F1 circuit.

My NSX is similar to Porsche GT3 on track  , very very happy.

I had a problem with my webcam, and I have only 1 movie :(
Menfou et ElConcombre NSX

Here a friend movie:
Menfou NSX

Ambiant : 100°F on my thermocouple
IAT : 111°F

Your track days are at Magny Cours... We have buttonwillow...

I hate you guys!

I finish to tune my NSX with 3PSI.

With 3PSI 272whp@7000rpm
0-62mph 3.9s
1/8 7.72s 88mph
1/4 12.06s 115.44mph

With 6PSI 357whp@7300rpm, but the clutch slip

WOW impressive really!
