Might be worthwhile calling up Shad over at Driving Ambition given that his shop still specializes on the NA1/NA2 NSX.

The only other name that comes to mind is TitaniumDave, given that his company has been fabricating parts for bikes for a very long time and as part of his NSX ownership he used to fabricate parts for the NA1/NA2. Not sure if he ever got around to replacing the knuckles on the control arms for the NA1/NA2.

If you can't get in touch with Steve, both Shad and Dave can probably help you, as mentioned above. Also, Jeff at Carbon6 replaces the ball joints with titanium versions that are serviceable.
