Plug ID?

Can anyone tell me what this plug is for? It's behind the center panel on the rear bulkhead, just below the speaker. (the one wrapped in black foam)

It does look like a cd changer plug, but it's not plugged into anything and the changer works.

DIN 13 was used in the day for the car phone; in modern times it is used to route the backup camera or other electronic devices to the trunk/boot from the passenger compartment

It's for the optional cell phone that fits in the armrest.
