A Few Laps Just for Giggles

We held our final SCCA Track Day/Time Trial event last weekend at Summit Point. I have served as Grid & Tech Co-Chief with a couple of my good buddies for years, and I cut them loose to take turns getting their toys out. Anyway, I took the car out for half a session and invited one of my buds along to show me the proper line. As we were strapping in he warned me about some washboard bumps on the back of the Jefferson Course. It took a couple laps to get the car warmed up and my mind right, so we picked it up a bit. His main comments were "wow" and "nice" and "I didn't feel any of the bumps. This car is so smooth!"
