Brainstorming.

We have checked:

1. Fuel pressure...looks good at 65 psi while driving. Cut out occurs only on full boost conditions.
2. AEM V1 seems to be connected fine. No issues.
3. TCS is disconnected
4. driving locally with no issues even in partial boost throttle. Again, cut out occurs in only full WOT/full boost.
5. Supercharger is SOS with built bottom end.

When have you last changed the fuel filter
Do you have a Walbro fuel pump or are you on a stock pump?
Make sure you don't have any lose grounds.

Check your MAP sensor, I had a loose connection there and it would shut it down when the vibrations would increase.

My stock NSX does that at the end of a 20 minute session when the engine temp gets too high (usually on hot track days ~90+ deg ambient temps).
Make sure the car isn't overheating.

Why not record a data log and reproduce the issue? It is surely an electrically based issue. The ecu will tell you why in the playback.
