I was washing my car after having last waxed it about 30 days ago. I use Carnuba wax from Griot's. Anyway, I noticed that the targa top was not beading like the rest of hte car. Typically, this would mean it's time to wax. No problem as I really enjoy detailing my car on any level.
But it got me thinking ... would the extra heat tha the targa top cause the wax on it to "deplete" at a quicker rate than the remaining surfaces of the car. I would assume that was the case in this instance. I was just wondering if others have expereinced this.
