Hello ted, we have concluded, making the payment on renting the car
Thanks for your email and update on the bottom price($x,xxx), for the laguna
it was accepted by my client and he has directed us to issue payment to you. I
would need your assurance that the property whose payment for rent we would start processing,is in a good condition as the only view our client had of the
vehicle was on the internet and this renting is hinged on his personal
judgement of what the property's state and output would be like,in
comparison to models of its category. However,he made out a certified
cashiers check of($x,xxx) before he travelled for a conference, for a
previous vehicle and its renting charges etc,but it wasunfortunately
rent. The amount on the check he deposited for the vehicle is bigger than
what should be paid to you now, for renting so the check is now meant for the total expenses for the season which includes the rent of your vehicle ,its pick up from its present location and the renting charges/other necessary
arrangements. However he has instructed us to bikery on with this
transaction. So when payment gets to you, you're required to deduct the
cost of your renting your vehicle ($x,xxx) and send the balance of($4,000) to my client renting agent to enable him offsett arrangements. Once
the transaction is concluded, My client renting agent will be coming for
the pick up of the vehicle from its present location, on an access to a
prepaid rent, and also conclude other necessary arrangements. So you dont have to bother yourself about the pick up and , while title papers and other necessary documets will be sent by you via fedex courier . Please Confirm this and provide (1) NAME (2) CONTACT ADDRESS AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER(s) for check payment to be delivered to you via regular mail immediately , please remove the add of the vehicle from the internet to avoid complications from other buyers

Keven, I have made the following assumptions.
• The rental will be for a one day track club event, not an SCCA or NASA race weekend.
• You have reasonable experience in track day events; have demonstrated reasonably good car control, which can be verified by established track day club organizers.
• You have not driven an FM before; this is a familiarization test day
• Track time is 100 minutes (say 5 sessions of 20 min each)
• Tires will be practice quality.
• No data, video or radios are desired
• You are between 5'-6" tall and 150 lbs and 6'-2" tall and 210 lbs.
• Sound limits at Laguna will be at least 92 dbA.
The price for one day at Thunderhill is $x,xxx. The price for one day at Laguna is $x,xxx.
Call me with questions. Thanks.

Keven, depending on prior commitments, I am offering the car for rent at almost any race or track day at Infineon, Thunderhill or Laguna Seca, depending on your racing/track experience in general and in an FM in particular. This car is very competitive, as recently tested by the lap record holder at all of the tracks named above. I have personally owned/raced/maintained the car since it was new 4+ years ago, and exclusively on these NorCal tracks. I offer a total arrive and drive situation; you concentrate only on the driving and fun. In the unlikely event that parts and secondary support become necessary, I am well connected with the highly experienced Standard FM group at these tracks as well as World Speed, the premier West Coast Formula Mazda team/shop.
My fee is tailored to what you want:
• Actual time on track (pro rated by the hour, not day or event)
• Standard prep charge (excluding unusual seat or fitting requirements)
• Standard tow charge based on the track (T-Hill and Infineon are both 210 miles round trip and Laguna is 425 miles round trip)
• Trackside support by the day includes all gas/fluids
• Tires: your choice (new stickers, 1 race or practice quality)
• Video/Radios/Data
You will be responsible for any crash damage or driver abuse up to a maximum of $15,000. Payment for the planned event is collected in advance. As long as you've made a good faith effort to complete the event, I refund whatever track time or expenses are not used.
You provide:
• your personal gear (suit, helmet etc),
• event registration and fees
• your personal logistics, transportation etc.
Tell me about yourself, and what you have in mind and we can work up a quote.
• Which dates/events you're interested in
• Your goal and expectation for the day/event
• Your racing/track history; which cars, where, general results
• Experience in an standard FM; where/when
• Age, height, weight
Thanks for your inquiry.
