with JDM wheels the deepest lip on stock fenders

thanks everyone for the info and suggestions and please give me more, my brain is wanting more!!!! i am really in the market for some deep dish jdm rims that will fit stock nsx fenders and with possible no rubbing. i am still debating what sizes should go with: 17f 18r or 18f 18r or 18f 19r or 19f 19r. and what offsets are good for each combinations. any suggestions, comments and advise would be appreciated. thanks again prime
