I know a guy who says his NSX is quite stock (overbored TB, Taitec exhaust) + Procar special c/f intake snorcle. He did a 12.3 @ 123 mph on 245/40/17 eagle f1 gsd3 street tire. No way with stock engine I told him.......he smiled..... . How much whp are nacessary to get this time/speed. I guess about 370 if not more.

For 123 MPH, I would think closer to 450rwhp or more. Maybe he has a 150 shot on there.

some Japanese guy did an extreme weight reduction on his NSX...

ended up getting approx 1020kg. (2244lbs)

maybe he did the same thing? I don't know.

ET cannot be used for an accurate estimate of hp. Look at the trap speed instead. Trapping at 123mph indicates at least 420-430rwhp at a ~3000lb. curb weight.

Definitely has to be around 400whp with that trap. And with that Trap he should have been in the upper 11's.

I have run 12.4s @ 110mph with my 2800 pound IHE 2002 NSX T. With Nitrous (100 HP) I have run 11.3's @121 mph. MY dyno #'s with N2O are 388 RWHP.
123mph would be 400 plus RWHP.
