Hey now.. 2 out of 5 EVO's finished. We got a new engine in the car Wednesday night thanks to San Rafael Mitsubishi and got to Buttonwillow just in time to turn 5 laps in the last T3 run group to give us enough points to win T3.
EVO’s...

I was at Willowsprings 2 weeks ago. We were to be at the track from 1-closing. Audi was out there testing at streets. We got there a little early to find them putting on of these cars into an enclosed trailer to leave for the day. I have to say, from the little I saw this is a very good...
I have owned 2 NSX's (2000-T and 99 Zanardi) and now an EVO. I bought the Evo to be a fast cheap track car and it really excels at that. With ~$1500 over the $29000 cost of purchase, $31,500 total the car it is easily faster than either of the NSX’s I had both in a strait line and at the...
In my opinion the original NSX is a great looking car. That said the next NSX should have the following changes:
1) HP, at least 450.
2) Aero, If they are going to be making changes, make them functional. The reason I changed the rear of the car was not primarily for looks but for function...
Considering the sign up so far, would you consider a non NSX entry? I don’t have an NSX right now, but I would bring out the EVO. Lots of the NSXers that are signed up know me if that matters.

The weights for the EVO and STI are:
EVO VIII no sunroof 3260lbs
EVO VIII w/sunroof 3295lbs
WRXSTI ~3250lbs
EVO's are dynoing ~245hp to the rear wheels (weaker than a '97+ NSX), or on 4 wheel dynos the numbers are 200hp (WRX's score 150ish), but the whole 4 wheel dyno thing is very...
I don't know about that. I posted my Zanardi for sale sometime in Jan. Though I have only seriously spoken to one person about selling it in all this time, it isn't making me want to lower the price. In fact, The one person I spoke to is the only person that has e-mailed me. I always forget...
This is sorta what my post was about. Everyone is quoting the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. These numbers are very impressive, even on the Neon SRT-4. There are many, many cars that perform better in a strait line better than an NSX, but it has almost always been the case that the NSX would turn...
My roommate has an EVO VIII. It is extremely quick.
Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your point of view, the argument of the past that all these cars coming out that could out accelerate the NSX could not turn a lap at the track with the NSX are no longer true. Look at the numbers for...
It stands for Targa.... Unless your work for Honda, then it just stands for T. If you work for Porche then you know it really stands for targa but you are annoyed that you can't sue honda cause they say it stands for "T". But if you work for Honda you know that even though you can't say it...
The wheel damage isn't that bad. It is just scuff marks like you commented on before I bought it. I just looks like someone parked to close to the curb one day and scraped the wheel on the curb. That is bound to happen sooner or later because of the way the wheels are made. (Zanardi wheel...
I would say that the tranny shift linkage is different. I Used to have a 2000 NSX and I have driven both my Zanardi and Z18's Zanardi and shifting gears does feel different.
I bought my car in Texas. I paid Sales tax in Texas and signed a statement for California stating that I paid Texas Sales tax. I then owed $0 for Tax in California. I had to pay (price of car x .00775) for California registration. this was ~5 months ago.
