So, yesterday it was my intention to remove the door panels and attempt to install the Dali window fix-it thingies on my 91. Well, I didn't get very far. I couldn't get the trim plate off - you know - the first piece you have to remove? This can't bode well for the rest of the repair job...

I've got a 91 which doesn't always start immediately with the turn of the key. I think it might start if I just sat there with the key turned for a while, but I've never tried. Second time I turn the key, it usually starts, but it also doesn't happen immediately. Works fine from cold start...
