1st Generation Stock Wheels

My 1998 NSX-T clear coated wheels are scratched & I'm looking into having them re-machined & re-coated.
Are all 1st Generation stock wheels (16" front & 17" rear) identical as far as tire sizing goes ?
Is re-machining & re-coating a viable alternative ?
Does anyone have suggestions on Los Angeles or southern California re-finishers ?
Does anyone have a replaced set of wheels, or one 16" & one 17" that I could use as placeholders during refinishing ?

FYI .. "1st Generation stock wheels" are for '91 to '93 and are actually a 15/16 combo. The 16/17 combo started in '94 and went to 2001. See here for details: http://nsxprime.com/wiki/Wheel-Tech-OEM
