Aftermarket Coolant Reservoir Tanks

I was so impressed by Kaz's post, I forgot to post my question.....LOL.

I have what I think is a Dali milk-churn metal tank. No sight glass of course and no dipstick - what is the correct coolant level when cold? I am using a long screwdriver to check right now.

I would like to know the answer to that too. Not a fan of no site glass either. I use a paint stirrer stick to determine the level.
