Senna had his share of questionable tactics and team favoritism. I remember him crashing into Prost at two Japanese GPs with titles on the line. There were mighty shouting matches that Senna was getting better equipment than Prost, and even Gerhard Berger admitted that McLaren was Senna's team.

Such things are part of F1.
