Looking for Olivier Spilborghs

Hello everyone

Long story made short:
Bought a car almost a year ago and still havent received it.
I am looking for Olivier Spilborghs from Vancouver.
He isnt responding to any of my emails.

Anyone know where/how i could get in touch with him?

I googled his name, says he or someone with that name is a Motorcycle rider. google his name and you will also see many links to things he has done and it may give you some leads as to who may know him.

Any vin #?

His address/bank info that you sent the money/check/wired?

Any other info you have?

Everything was ready and i got a copy of the paperwork.
The only problem was that he was going to send it as car parts.
If it is sent as car parts i am not able to register it in sweden.
It has to be car or dissaembled car.
This was december 20. Since then i havent heard from him.

I dont think this is a scam.
I believe something has happened to him.

It seems he is a motorcycle racer as Arista5 stated....he raced for a number of years for Team Ruthless Racing...I don't see him listed under thier Team now...but you might want to reach out to the Team manager and see if she has any info:

Whoa.. now we're getting somewhere. If it was me i'd hire a private investigator to at least scope out the situation locally then make a decision on what to do next.

I'm afraid to say it but the FS ad he had on prime was a bit shady to begin with.

In all seriousness, you can see online that he has a number of items listed for sale on Ebay. He is also actively posting on the F-chat forum.

Something doesn't add up.....but I hope the OP gets this resolved. You have a lot more courage/patience than I do.
 
Perhaps it was shipped on the Costa Concordia.
 
I would call his local police department ASAP. Explain the situation to them and they'll make contact.

Could you clarify if you sent money? If not, I don't think the police can do much to help you.
 
may want to let the mods know of him over there as well if he's scamming people. There's a fchat police thread in the silver section, but keep in mind he's silver as well and can see that.
 
wow look at all the Magnum P.Is!!!!! lol no need to fret, I was away, then sick. Waitinbg for the original paperwork for shipping compant to be able to ship the car as "a car" and not part, since this will be no use for Martin. all is good folks!
 
away, sick or whatever..... don't be a turd and leave the guy hanging for 3 months.
