At my local airport just about to start the journey to Melbourne.
Mclaren has withdrawn from Australia due to one of its members confirmed with corona virus. Also read that a couple of Haas guys have been tested.

This is exactly what I look like when they canceled the races but I have to agree with them I haven't missed a race or season since 1980

Managed to get in on Thursday morning, pick up pass and get in to do pit walk. Saw Lando Norris briefly, saw into the Williams pit as they were assembling George Russel's car to a soundtrack of Journey, managed to sit in our grandstand seats at turn 2 / 3, as the support races were doing their qualifying laps.
Friday had a late start, planning to arrive an hour before FP1 - but checked the news before setting off - GP cancelled. OH well. Already planning for next year.

Will have to go into self-isolation on return home to NZ on Tuesday...
Since there are pretty much no live sports right now, maybe the networks will replay the last 25-30 years of F1!
F1 moves summer break to Mar-Apr! Will Ferrari and Vettel still have a post break letdown

Brawn, Said that up to 8 races can count to a WC.....so we can look forward to at least 8 races.I don't believe that the Canadian race will get the go ahead this year.
