I heard i need to change some fuse from 30A -> 20A? but i'm not sure whats the location of those fuses, can someone please tell me where are those fuses located? thank you so much

didn't change the fuse for over a year and didn't encounter any issues.
The OEM fuses for headlights are 49 & 52 and are 20A
It's important to recognize that each fuse supplies both the low & high beams for each side (low & high are on together when 'high' is engaged)
There should be no reason to change these fuses.
