If you want to import one, I'd suggest you go to Japan and choose one yourself then export. If you need this arranged, please let me know. You should never buy one over the phone/email, you'll probably end up with a dodgy one/no car at all.
I guess you mean divide it by an appropriate value rather than half because the speedo will show completely wrong speed otherwise.

The first DOHC VTEC engine from Honda was the B16A engine, and it was first available in Japan with 1989 DA6 Integra. In the same year EF8 CRX SIR and EF9 Civic SIR had the same engine too. Then the NSX came out. Prelude did not have VTEC engines at that time.
I saw one yesterday (F430), the guy was showing it off, sounded similar to a 360. Honda really must put a V8 in the next NSX. Saw a new Aston (Vanquish?) and few Lambos too, London is a great place to see super cars. Too many Porsches though (like Beetles in Mexico!)
